Priya Patel (Vice President)

Hello, my name is Priya Patel, and I am running for Vice President. I have been involved with the General Student Council since freshman year, and I have participated in several events, such as volunteering for freshman orientation, helping during parent-teacher conferences, creating March Madness Posters, attending general meetings, etc. Apart from the Student Council, I have various other extracurricular activities, such as the Ecology Club, the Math Team, Spanish National Honors Society, etc., and I was the bowling manager for the Varsity and JV Teams. I am very organized, helpful, creative, and most importantly, I do not like procrastinating. My main goal for running is to set up new fundraising programs and events, such as Field Day, and Karaoke Contests, in which not only are students able to create new memories, but the money they give to attend these events will directly go to organizations that will benefit the community. Overall, by becoming Vice President, I promise that every voice will be heard because at the end of the day, everyone is what’s great about Edison High! Thank you guys so much for all the support.
