Hickerson Strides
Our first athlete of the week is Bryce Hickerson ‘26, on the varsity cross country team. Hickerson placed thirteenth in the GMC for the 5000-meter run with a time of 16 minutes and 59 seconds. He also placed 27th in the state sectionals for the 5000-meter run with a similar time of 16 minutes, 54 seconds, and 34 milliseconds, demonstrating his dedication as an athlete.
Syed Spikes
Our second athlete of the week is Ainie Syed ‘26, on the girls varsity volleyball team. Recently, against Cranford, she had one kill and seven assists, and against South River, Syed had one kill and eleven assists. Overall, Syed holds the school record for most assists with 844 assists. Syed continues to be a successful player in her final season at the nest.
