Pregnolato Scores

Our first athlete of the week is Emily Pregnolato ‘29, on the girls varsity soccer team. Pregnolato has been a scoring machine: in recent games against East Brunswick Magnet School, Perth Amboy, and Dunellen, she has scored three, four, and five goals, respectively. Just in her first season at EHS, Pregnolato has scored sixteen goals this season, demonstrating her skill as a player.

Ortiz Spikes

Our second athlete of the week is Yashira Ortiz ‘26, on the girls varsity volleyball team. Recently, against St. Thomas Aquinas, she had four kills; against JFK, she had eight kills; and against Mother Seton, she had nine kills and one block. Overall, Ortiz has 59 kills, ten blocks, and fifteen aces. In her final season at the nest, Ortiz continues to be a dominant and successful player.

Shriaditi Kancherla is currently a senior and is an Editor-in-Chief for “The Eagle’s Eye.” At EHS, Shriaditi is part of Rotary and DECA. During her free time, she enjoys reading, hanging out with her friends, and binge-watching Food Network. She is excited to meet the rest of “The Eagle’s Eye” throughout the year!
